Learning motivation and self-assessment in health economics: a survey on overconfidence in healthcare providers
DISCUSSION: We could show the presence of overconfidence in health economics, which is consistent with studies in healthcare and the economy. Emergency Physician Performed Ultrasound-Guided Abdominal Paracentesis: A Retrospective Analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Emergency physicians with training in real-time needle guidance with ultrasound were able to use POCUS to perform ultrasound-guided paracentesis in the emergency department with a high success rate and no fatal complications. Development and External Validation of a Multimodal Integrated Feature Neural Network (MIFNN) for the Diagnosis of Malignancy in Small Pulmonary Nodules ( ≤10 mm)

The MIFNN model significantly enhances the diagnostic accuracy of small pulmonary nodules, outperforming existing benchmarks by Zhang et al. with a 6.34% improvement for nodules less than 10 mm.
