CONCLUSION: Although patients with SLE had a higher prevalence of HHV-6 compared with healthy people, there is no strong link between HHV-6 infection and SLE. Clinical course and disease burden of patients with generalized pustular psoriasis in Portugal: a multicenter retrospective cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrates that GPP is a chronic, debilitating condition associated with systemic involvement, frequent flares, and hospitalizations, despite receiving multiple systemic treatments.
