CONCLUSIONS: Paracrine and autocrine secretions of VEGF-B induce expansion of a specific endocardium-derived endothelial cell population with distinct angiogenic markers. GSE246610 Conditionally Replicative Adenovirus as a Therapy for Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumors
CONCLUSIONS: CRAds demonstrate selective binding and efficient replication in MPNST cells, leading to tumor cell lysis while sparing non-cancerous cells.
