superinfected penile cancer complicated by genital gangrene: management and role of gangrene biopsy
A 70-year-old man was referred to the urology clinic because of Fournier's genital gangrene, the main reason for consultation in this elderly multitarre patient is the unpleasant odor felt by him (Figure 1). The patient was being followed for unbalanced diabetes and morbid obesity associated with these complications of maceration and prolonged bed rest. Initial urological evaluation revealed necrosis lesions at the base of the penis with pus discharge through, with a fixed right inguinal adenopathy, confirmed by CT scan (Figure 2). (Source: Urology)

ConclusionThese data showed a significant decrease in the expression of proteins downstream of the androgen receptor at lower serumT levels. Case Report: Optimum excision with split skin graft closure in the management of penile sebaceous carcinoma
We report a case of penile sebaceous carcinoma, an extremely rare anatomical site for SC. A 68-year-old man presented with a 4-month history of painless, non-healing ulcerated nodules over the left side of the penile shaft. Wedge biopsy showed adenocarcinoma with signet ring differentiation. We proceeded with wide local excision (WLE) of the lesion with the inclusion of the indurated skin and 5 mm of normal margin, followed by primary closure of the scrotal defect and split skin grafting of the penile shaft by using a thigh skin donor. ConclusionEES as a subtype of Ewing sarcoma is rare and it can occur in any soft tissue site. Hence, clinicians need to differentiate this entity from other soft tissue sarcomas. In vivo magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the differential diagnosis of a cerebral mass in a boy with precocious puberty: a case report and review of the literature
CONCLUSION: MRS is a state-of-the-art, non-invasive imaging technique that compares the chemical composition of normal tissue to that of abnormal regions by juxtaposing the frequency of measured metabolites.
