Allergic contact dermatitis by shampoo components: a descriptive analysis of 20 cases,
We present the case of an HIV-negative man with asymptomatic penile erythematoviolaceous papules associated with similar slightly verrucous papules in the interdigital space of the right foot. A biopsy of the penile lesion confirmed Kaposi's sarcoma. No other causes of immunosuppression were observed. Penile lesions of KS are rare in HIV-negative individuals but it should also be considered in the differential diagnosis. Careful follow-up is recommended. (Source: Anais Brasileiros de Dermatologia)

Sentinel lymph node biopsy using indocyanine green in penile cancer
Nature Reviews Urology, Published online: 22 June 2020; doi:10.1038/s41585-020-0347-3Detection of positive nodes in men with moderate-risk to high-risk penile cancer and impalpable inguinal nodes is an important step in the therapeutic pathway. Detection using dynamic sentinel node biopsy with patent blue dye and radioisotope is associated with false negatives; indocyanine green might offer an alternative adjunct to improve detection rates. Diffuse Metastases in Bilateral Penile Corpus Cavernosum From Renal Cancer Diagnosed by 18F-FDG PET/CT
We report a rare case of a 60-year-old man with diffuse metastases in bilateral penile corpus cavernosum after radical nephrectomy for left renal carcinoma. 18F-FDG PET/CT demonstrated diffuse hypermetabolic lesions in bilateral penile corpus cavernosum, hypermetabolic tumor recurrences in left renal operation region, and left pulmonary metastasis. Biopsy confirmed penile metastasis from renal clear cell carcinoma. Diffuse penile metastatic carcinoma from renal cancer is extremely rare and associated with poor prognosis. 18F-FDG PET/CT is helpful for diagnosis of penis metastasis and accurate staging of primary cancer. (So...

Penile Melanoma In Situ: Long Term Follow Up
Penile melanoma in situ is extremely rare. Various treatments have been reported with good success, however follow up is generally limited to 1 year or less. The optimal treatment regimen, pattern of disease progression and utility of sentinel lymph node biopsy are not established. We provide the longest reported follow up for penile malignant melanoma in-situ, highlighting a long-term pattern recurrence and route of progression which does not follow the more reliable pattern of lymphatic spread known to penile squamous cell carcinoma.
