Accuracy of dynamic sentinel lymph node biopsy for inguinal lymph node staging in cN0 penile cancer
ConclusionDNSB is a safe diagnostic procedure with a good detection rate and in particular high negative predictive value. It can therefore prevent overtreatment of patients with negative inguinal groins on clinical examination and DSNB examination. Finally, DSNB enables an early detection of occult metastases which would not be visualized with standardized imaging modalities. (Source: EJNMMI Research)

Agreement between L1 and E6/E7-based assays for detection of high-risk HPV in cervical, oropharyngeal and penile cancers
Conclusions
Analysis of the valid results from our data indicates that L1 and E6/E7 targeting assays show similar performance for detection of hrHPV in high grade cervical lesions and cancers of cervix, penis and oropharynx. (Source: Journal of Clinical Pathology)
