Exercise Training Reverses Lipotoxicity-induced Cardiomyopathy by Inhibiting HMGCS2
Conclusion Our results suggest that exercise limits lipid metabolic disorder, cardiac hypertrophy, and fibrosis and aids in the prevention of lipotoxic cardiomyopathy. Exercise-mediated cardioprotection by upregulating miR-344g-5p, which targets Hmgcs2 mRNA, prohibits HMGCS2 upregulation and thus lipotoxicity.

HIF-1 α-induced up-regulation of microRNA-126 contributes to the effectiveness of exercise training on myocardial angiogenesis in myocardial infarction rats.
In conclusion, we revealed that HIF-1α, whose expression experiences up-regulation during ET, could function as an upstream regulator to miR-126, resulting in angiogenesis promotion through the PI3K/AKT/eNOS and MAPK signalling pathway and subsequent improvement of the MI heart function. Classifying lower grade glioma cases according to whole genome gene expression.
CONCLUSIONS: We established a three-gene signature for lower grade gliomas, which could independently predict overall survival (OS) of lower grade glioma patients with higher sensitivity and specificity compared with other clinical characteristics. These findings indicate that the three-gene signature is a new prognostic model that could provide improved OS prediction and accurate therapies for lower grade glioma patients.
