CONCLUSIONS: Enhanced lipid management as a secondary prevention measure is achievable in line with national guidance and objectives. The methodology and education/training processes used in combination with reconstructing the management process can help practice staff realize the program benefits, which in turn can lead to a shift in behavior where all staff embed manual case-finding of high-risk patients into everyday consultations and reviews; enabling rapid identification of eligible patients. NDUFB6 Polymorphism Is Associated With Physical Activity-Mediated Metabolic Changes in Type 2 Diabetes
The rs540467 SNP in the NDUFB6 gene, encoding a mitochondrial complex I subunit, has been shown to modulate adaptations to exercise training. Interaction effects with diabetes mellitus remain unclear. We assessed associations of habitual physical activity (PA) levels with metabolic variables and examined a possible modifying effect of the rs540467 SNP. Proteomics Analysis Identified ASNS as a Novel Biomarker for Predicting Recurrence of Skull Base Chordoma
ConclusionThis study indicates that high expression of ASNS is correlated with poor prognosis of patients with skull base chordoma. ASNS may be a useful prognostic factor for patients with skull base chordoma.

Alterations in BAP1 are Associated with Cisplatin Resistance Through Inhibition of Apoptosis in Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM).
CONCLUSIONS: Alterations in BAP1 in MPM were a negative predictor for response to chemotherapy and could possibly be used as a companion biomarker for treatment decision.
