Long non-coding RNA DUXAP8 regulates proliferation and invasion of esophageal squamous cell cancer.

Autocrine CCL5 promotes tumor progression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in vitro.

Comprehensive bioinformation analysis of the miRNA of PLCE1 knockdown in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
In this study, PLCE1 siRNA and vector-only plasmid were stably transfected into Eca109 and EC9706 cells and then subjected to miRNA array analysis, and quantitative real-time PCR was applied to validate miRNA array data. The synergistic effect of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma KYSE150 cells and M2 macrophages on lymphatic endothelial cells.
Conclusions: M2 macrophages can enhance the proliferation, migration and ring forming abilities of ESCC-LECs. ESCC cells and M2 macrophages have synergistic effects on the proliferation, migration and ring forming abilities of ESCC-LECs. HER2 Confers Resistance to Foretinib Inhibition of MET-Amplified Esophageal Adenocarcinoma Cells
Conclusions The mechanism for foretinib growth inhibition in MET-amplified EAC tumor cells is demonstrated. The interplay of dual MET/HER2 overexpression in the AKT and ERK pathways for esophageal cancer is described. Therefore, combination therapy could be a novel strategy for EAC with amplification of both MET and HER2.
