Levels of Immunoglobulin E Sensitization Drive Symptom Thresholds in Allergic Rhinitis
Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common respiratory disease encompassing a variety of phenotypes. Patients can be sensitized to one or more allergens. There are indications that polysensitization is associated with more severe disease. However, the extent to which the level of sensitization is associated to clinical disease variability, underlying the distinct nature of AR from AR+ conjunctivitis or AR+ asthma, is not known. Vogt –Koyanagi–Harada disease after SARS‐CoV‐2 infection: Case report and literature review
ConclusionDespite the unclear causality, it is important for ophthalmologists and physicians to be recognizant of the possible association between VKH disease and COVID-19. SARS-CoV-2 may play a potential immunological triggering role in VKH disease. However, further in-depth research is necessary to investigate the clinical and epidemiological features, as well as the underlying mechanisms of this association. Five-Year Risk and Safety Profile of Autologous Serum Eye Drop Therapy
CONCLUSIONS: Serum eye drops are often used in patients with severe or chronic anterior eye diseases with an intrinsic risk of infectious diseases. Radiofrequency regulation of the sphenopalatine ganglion in managing herpes zoster ophthalmicus neuralgia: A case series

Peripheral ulcerative keratitis associated with tralokinumab therapy: a case report and review of IL-13 inhibitor-associated ocular surface disease
ConclusionThis case report documents ulcerative keratitis occurring in association with tralokinumab therapy for AD, which has previously been described with dupilumab but not tralokinumab. This report demonstrates the need for vigilant ocular surface monitoring for patients on tralokinumab and illustrates successful management and long-term control of adverse ocular events associated with this medication.
