Conclusion: The tetraazamacrocyclic small molecule 64Cu-CuCB-bicyclam has been shown to be an imaging agent for the CXCR4 receptor that is likely to be applicable across a range of species. It has high affinity and stability and is suitable for preclinical research in immunocompetent murine models.

Prevalence of the age-related diseases in older patients with acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that a careful comprehensive geriatric assessment of acquired TTP patients is necessary. It is important to look for other autoimmune diseases and such age-related comorbidities as osteoporosis, arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease. Systemic sclerosis and risk of cardiovascular disease: A PRISMA-compliant systemic review and meta-analysis of cohort studies
Conclusion: This meta-analysis revealed that SSc was associated with an increased risk of CVD. Clinicians who manage patients with SSc should be aware of the increased cardiovascular burden and undertake preventive measures.

COVID ‐19 Outcomes in Patients with Systemic Autoimmune Rheumatic Diseases (SARDs) Compared to the General Population: A US Multi‐Center Comparative Cohort Study
ConclusionsSARD patients with COVID ‐19 may be at higher risk of hospitalization, ICU admission, ARF, and VTE versus matched comparators. These risks may be largely mediated by comorbidities, except for risk of VTE.

ConclusionCNS  and PNS complications were common in hospitalized COVID-19 patients, particularly in the ICU, and often attributable to critical illness. When COVID-19 was the primary cause for neurological disease, no signs of viral neurotropism were detected, but laboratory changes suggested autoimmune-mediate d mechanisms.

1,2,4-Trimethoxybenzene selectively inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation and attenuates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis
