Predictors of Return to Driving After Stroke (P02.265)
Conclusions: Patients with higher FIM cognition and lower extremity Motricity Index scores at admission to inpatient rehabilitation are more likely to return to driving at six months. This model could be used by rehabilitation professionals to help counsel patients and their families and focus treatment goals.

Development of a Tablet-based symbol digit modalities test for reliably assessing information processing speed in patients with stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: The T-SDMT demonstrated good concurrent validity with the SDMT. Because the T-SDMT had a smaller practise effect and less random measurement error (superior test-retest reliability), it is recommended over the SDMT for assessing information processing speed in patients with stroke. GPER expressed on microglia mediates the anti‐inflammatory effect of estradiol in ischemic stroke
ConclusionsOur studies have suggested that GPER expressed on microglia mediated the anti‐inflammatory effect of estradiol after ischemic stroke. Our studies could potentially help to develop more specific drugs to manage inflammation postischemic stroke.
GPER was highly expressed in activated microglia after ischemia and estradiol. The specific GPER agonist G1 could inhibit the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines including IL‐1β and TNF‐α, which the anti‐inflammatory effect of G1 and E2 were both abolished by the specific GPER antagonist G15.

Effect of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine on subacute stroke outcomes: a single-centre randomised controlled trial.
CONCLUSION: This trial, evaluating a treatment protocol commonly used in clinical practice, demonstrates that comprehensive rehabilitation including acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine may comprehensively improve subacute stroke outcomes.

Validation of the caregiving knowledge questionnaire-my: Measuring knowledge regarding positioning and feeding among Malaysian informal caregivers of stroke patients
Conclusions: CKQ-My has good internal consistency and construct validity for the subscales measuring stroke caregivers' knowledge about positioning and feeding of stroke patients. It has potential as an assessment of effectiveness of caregiver training and for future studies on long-term stroke outcomes in Malaysia.
