Incidental diagnosis of a rare pancreatic plasmacytoma with plasmablastic features
We report a case of a 78-year-old woman with a long-standing history of multiple myeloma noted to have pancreatic tail involvement with plasmacytoma with plasmablastic features. CONCLUSION: SN-EOP responds well to radiotherapy, but relapse and conversion to PCM were not uncommon and entailed a poor prognosis.
