Real estate professional status against earned income (W2, 1099, etc.)?
Hello all,
I was hoping to get input from physicians, dentists, optometrists, podiatrists, etc who are also real estate professionals in order to offset earned income (W2, 1099, etc.) Looks like a very effective but tricky way to go about it.

No home program at my (new) school - seeking some guidance

Podiatry vs Optometry
I have currently looking into both podiatry and optometry and was wondering which career has the better outlook and return. Podiatry takes 4 years and then 3 years residency with job posting shows anywhere from 90k to 180k in salaries while optometry is 4 years and has an optional residency with job posting anywhere from 150-200k. Credit Card Points from the Practice

NBEO Part 1 - study advice
Hi there,
I just wanted to crowdsource and get some opinions on how people who have taken/passed NBEO part 1 studied and what kind of materials or books they found most helpful. KMK and optoprep are the big 2 but it seems like my school keeps steering us away from solely replying on KMK -- especially for students who need to re-learn their base knowledge, which I feel like is me because I wasn't as serious first year as I am now.

Are the OAT physics questions just as hard as Chad ’s physics questions?
If you’ve taken Chad’s quizzes for physics then you probably know what I’m talking about.. The first few questions from his quizzes are simple and easy, then the last few of his questions get so difficult and complex. Will they be like that on the OAT or is he just over preparing us?
