Vasc. Surgeon filed Federal lawsuit for fraudulent billing due to computer/phone use in OR
Apparently there is a vascular surgeon out in Utah who filed a federal lawsuit against 5 anesthesiologists for using their phone and laptops in the OR during cases - anyone out there in Utah know anything about this?

Remote pharmacist job that allows work from anywhere
I am a clinical pharmacist (currently licensed in 3 states and board certified) and interested in a U.S. based remote pharmacist job that would still allow me to still do my job outside the US — in case of extended travel time or for any reason…
Do those jobs exist ? Everything I have seen requires you to reside in the US (I do have a US residence) but makes me think that the work must also be done in the US otherwise there might be legal issues?
I do prefer a clinical pharmacist job but...

What are your dealbreakers? We put up with a lot of nonsense from our patients...because podiatry...but how far is too far? This isn't about ego or having a superiority complex for me. Experience help on secondaries
I shadowed a physician in June 2021, experience is listed under his PA as my supervisor because I was informed of legal troubles the MD was going through when I applied last cycle.
Applied this cycle and left experience as is with PA as supervisor for experience.
DO secondary is asking for MD/DO only experiences to be listed. I cannot list the experience with the PA on the secondary. The secondary does not give any space to explain or elaborate on contact for MD/DO shadowing.
