Florida MPJE questions
Hi guys,
I was wondering if you could help me out.
I am an out of stater and feel confused with a couple of things:
1) can a doctor prescribe a C3-5 via fax?
2) Can NP/PA/Mid level practitioners prescribe C2-C5?
3) Is marijuana still class 1 narcotic?
4) Is marijuana legalized for use, like in California, Nevada, Arizona

Assessing for firearm ownership
I am in Europe, while firearms ownership is not legal, people come and ask license because they either are private security guards, or hunters.
Now, there is no official guide on how to asssess for something like that. For instance some psychiatrists give the license at the first visit, while others ask for a 2-6 month time period.
I guess almost everyone here is American, so you have more experience on that department. How do you approach such an assessment? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Psychedlics
I'm very much a believer in this approach when it comes to a number of things, but specifically, I believe psychedlics can serve a significant role in helping terminal cancer patients. Anyone have any experience in getting patients to places that do this? Based on my understanding of things, I'd certainly prefer psilocybin or lsd treatment, but my impression is that similar results can be achieved with mdma or ketamine infusions, which are used in certain situations off trial/legal.
