Cancers, Vol. 15, Pages 3154: Cancer Stem Cells in Tumours of the Central Nervous System in Children: A Comprehensive Review
This article comprehensively reviews the achievements in research on CSCs in paediatric CNS tumours. Biological functions, diagnostic values, and therapeutic perspectives are reviewed in detail. Further investigations into CSCs are warranted to improve the clinical practice in treating children with CNS tumours. (Source: Cancers)

Mesenchymal Neoplasms of the Liver
Mesenchymal neoplasms of the liver can be diagnostically challenging, particularly on core needle biopsies. Here, I discuss recent updates in neoplasms that are specific to the liver (mesenchymal hamartoma, undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma, calcifying nested stromal-epithelial tumor), vascular tumors of the liver (anastomosing hemangioma, hepatic small vessel neoplasm, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, angiosarcoma), and other tumor types that can occur primarily in the liver (PEComa/angiomyolipoma, inflammatory pseudotumor-like follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, EBV-associated smooth muscle tumor, inflammatory myofibrob...

CD24 targeting with NK-CAR immunotherapy in testis, prostate, renal and (luminal-type) bladder cancer and identification of direct CD24 interaction partners
In conclusion, here we identified CD24 as a promising novel target forimmune therapeutic approaches targeting urologic malignancies.PMID:37254618 | DOI:10.1111/febs.16880 (Source: Cancer Control)

TAMs PD-L1(+) in the reprogramming of germ cell tumors of the testis
CONCLUSIONS: TAMs PD-L1(+) levels gradually decrease during the reprogramming of S cells {P-S [(high values of TAMs PD-L1(+)] → S-C and EC [(intermediate values of TAMs PD-L1(+)] → other NS-GCTT [(low values of TAMs PD-L1(+)], supporting a complex pathogenetic model where the interactions between tumor cells and TME components [and specifically TAMs PD-L1(+)] play a key role in determining the fate of GCTT.PMID:37209574 | DOI:10.1016/j.prp.2023.154540 (Source: Cell Research)
