CONCLUSIONS: Infective aortitis with mycotic aneurysms is usually treated surgically due to the significant risk of rupture in the acute period. Efficacy and safety of antibiotics for treatment of leptospirosis: a systematic review and network meta-analysis
ConclusionsFindings recommend that leptospirosis patients be treated with antibiotics, which significantly reduced the leptospirosis defervescence time. ConclusionsThe machine learning models developed can accurately predict BBB permeability, and many drug molecules are likely to have increased BBB penetration if the number of Hydrogen Bond Donors and Acceptors are reduced. These findings suggest that molecular modifications can enhance the efficacy of CNS drugs and provide practical strategies for drug design and development.
