Thought I had institutional action for low gpa, but I did not .....
Basically what the title states. A few years back in undergrad, my GPA fell pretty low one semester and I received an email from my university stating I was on academic warning. Fast-forward to the present, I submitted my AMCAS application explaining my so called "IA" and even wrote about it in some of my secondaries.
One of the schools I applied to asks for a dean certification form to be completed on behalf of the university, since I indicated I received an IA. I just received my report...

I'm hoping to get some thoughts of those who interviewed at Mt Sinai BI and/or are familiar with the big changes in their health system (specifically the closing of their hospital and transition to a 70 bed hospital by sometime in 2021, with a shift to make an outpatient heavy IM residency). A word of warning when taking the DAT, don't make this mistake.
Please be very careful when taking the DAT exam and read the tutorial, do NOT skip it. 2 of my students taking the exam recently made the same mistake and clicked finish after completing the Biology section and the test skipped right to the PAT without being allowed to finish the GC or Orgo. I did call the ADA and it was not a computer cliche that stated the student apparently did not read through the tutorial and even though was given a warning about finishing did not heed the warning...
