ConclusionsThis is the first administrative data-based real-world evidence on treatment sequence and outcomes for patients with early recurrence CRC treated with FOLFIRI+AAs or FOLFIRI+ anti-EGFR antibodies after adjuvant FOLFOX/CAPOX therapy in Japan. Conclusions: A high percentage of patients were diagnosed in advanced CRC stages. The treatment modes were adopted from general international guidelines; however, the cure rates were low, and mortality was high.
