Narrative Review of Anti-CD3 Antibody and Anti-CD20 Antibody: Immunotherapeutic Strategies to Treat and Prevent Type 1 Diabetes
CONCLUSION: Immunotherapeutic can be a better option for preventing and protecting type one diabetes. Since, the existing literature does not have enough data to support any single drug concluding the same will not be appropriate. Hence further studies are required wherein different drugs can be compared with similar sample sizes for each group of drugs.PMID:36415095 | DOI:10.2174/2772270817666221122103029

Epigenetic Dysregulation in Autoimmune and Inflammatory Skin Diseases
AbstractEpigenetics is the study of heritable, reversible gene expression patterns that do not originate from alterations in the DNA sequence. Epigenetic modifications influence gene expression patterns and include DNA methylation, histone modifications, and gene regulation via non-coding RNAs. While the study of epigenetics has been most broadly applied to neoplastic diseases, the role of the epigenome in a wide range of disease processes including autoimmune, allergic, and inflammatory processes is increasingly being recognized. Recent advances in the study of the epigenome have led to novel insights into the pathogenesi...

The T Cell Receptor Repertoire Diversity Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
This study aimed to assess the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire diversity in CD4+ cells of patients with hematological malignancies who received allogeneic or autologous HSCT. The diversity of the TCR repertoire was evaluated in 13 patients with hematologic malignancies before and four months after HSCT. Amino acid changes in the 25 Vβ families were evaluated using Spectratyping and data were presented as Hamming distance (HD). HD more than 20% was considered a change in TCR repertoire after HSCT. The mean HD was significantly changed after transplantation in all Vβ gene families, with most amino acid changes in p4 and p...
