CONCLUSION: The results of this study suggest that LVI is a significant predictor of the presence of cervical lymph node metastasis at presentation independent of other known prognostic factors. Outcomes among oropharyngeal and oral cavity cancer patients treated with postoperative volumetric modulated arctherapy
