Association between Early Basal Ganglia and Thalami Perfusion Assessed by Color Doppler Ultrasonography and Brain Injury in Infants with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy: A Prospective Cohort Study
To evaluate associations between neurologic outcomes and early measurements of basal ganglia (BG) and thalamic (Th) perfusion using color Doppler ultrasonography (CDUS) in infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). (Source: The Journal of Pediatrics)

Single-Session Cerebellar Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Improves Postural Stability and Reduces Ataxia Symptoms in Spinocerebellar Ataxia
In conclusion, our study suggests that a single session of ctDCS, in combination with postural training, can enhance balance and alleviate ataxia symptoms in individuals with cerebellar ataxia. This study was approved by the local research ethics committee (No. 2.877.813) and registere d on clinicaltrials.org (NCT04039048 -https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT04039048) on 2019-07-28. Trajectory of depressive symptoms over adolescence in autistic and neurotypical youth
ConclusionsAutistic youth present with higher rates of depressive symptoms early in development; yet, approaching middle adolescence and puberty, the symptom trajectory in the autistic youth declines coinciding with an increase in the TD youth. While group trajectories are divergent, they lead to similar levels of depression in late adolescence with higher symptoms in females. Findings suggest a period of quiescence in depressive symptomology influenced by biopsychosocial factors impacting affective profiles. (Source: Molecular Autism)

Emerging Toxicities of Antibody-Drug Conjugates for Breast Cancer: Clinical Prioritization of Adverse Events from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System
ConclusionThe heterogeneous spectrum of post-marketing toxicities for ADCs used in breast cancer, as emerging from the FAERS, is largely in line with preapproval evidence. Although causality cannot be proved, we call for increased awareness by oncologists on potential serious unexpected reactions, including early onset of septic shock and neutropenic colitis with SG, and late emergence of pulmonary embolism with T-DM1.
