Lab Course that doesn't have "lab" written anywhere in its name or description
Hi everyone,
A bit of a neurotic question but oh well: Will it be an issue if the biology lab course (lab only) I'm using as a prerequisite doesn't have the word "lab" listed anywhere on the official transcript or description? The class in question is called "Recombinant DNA Techniques".

Questions about transitioning to Optometry
Hello, I graduated with a bachelors in biomedical engineering but unfortunately I do not think I want to make a profession out of it.
I was considering transitioning to optometry but I wanted to ask for your thoughts.

How do some applicants have so many publications?
Hi all,
I've noticed, especially on some WAMCs, that some applicants have 2-3+ publications, oftentimes with first authorship in reputable journals. As a first year post-bac at the NIH working in a molecular biology lab, I've spent a good 6 months working on tasks that won't ultimately result in publication, and am lucky enough to now have my own project which my PI claims will eventually be publishable.
