Hi all,
I've been out of school for a while now and I'm trying to plot the best path to medical school. I have always worked adjacent to healthcare but I'd say I'm fairly untraditional, and am managing healthcare benefits at a fortune 50 company right now. Although I've taken some intro chemistry and biology courses as part of my UG about 7-9 years ago, I have not taken any of the other coursework at all (physics, microbiology, organic chemistry).

I am a psychology major and don't have many science courses and the ones I took were large lecture settings and I didn't get a A in those.
The one science course I got a A is a Microbiology course I took last semester.

Hi all,
I've read through Neuronix's chances thread, and I still have some concerns about my application. I am hoping to apply in the coming cycle (matriculating in 2019)
I graduated with a 3.85 cGPA, 3.87 sGPA, and 519 MCAT (131, 130, 132, 126).

How important is turning in your application early?
I finish my semester at the beginning of May and I'm studying O-chem, Microbiology, and Physics.
I was planning on taking the DAT mid May so that I get my scores back in the beginning of June and can turn in my application right at the beginning of the cycle.
If I wanted a little more time to study and get volunteer/shadowing in, would it be significantly less advantageous to turn in my application mid-July or August instead?

Biochemistry and Microbiology same semester?
Hello! I was wondering if someone could help decide what to take for this next semester. First of all Microbiology +lab is indispensable since I have to take other three courses that require it.
