< em > Halorhabdus amylolytica < /em > sp. nov. and < em > Halorhabdus salina < /em > sp. nov., isolated from hypersaline environments

Cells of both strains were Gram-stain-negative, motile and pleomorphic. The 16S rRNA and rpoB' gene sequence similarities between strains H27T and FL145T were 96.60 and 88.77%.
