ConclusionAnnual cost of treatment for people with diabetes is similar for those treated with MDI or with basal insulin only, with hospitalization being the main cost driver. This indicates that both patient groups should benefit from having access to scanning continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology which is known to be associated with significantly reduced hospitalization for acute diabetes events, compared to self-monitored blood glucose (SMBG) testing. Cross-cultural validity and reliability of the comprehensive assessment of acceptance and commitment therapy processes (CompACT) in people with multiple sclerosis
ConclusionResults support using the refined CompACT-18 as a three-factor measure of psychological flexibility in PwMS. Paper and eCompACT-18 versions are equivalent. This study evaluates the nutritional quality and level of processing of food and beverage products advertised on television channels most watched by children, in Italy.
