Hello all !
So I received my B.A in Cognitive Science at UC Berkeley with an overall gpa of 2.89. I have always been interested in neuroscience, the brain, and sleep. I took a lot of courses in psychology, some math, and some programming. What experience do I need?
So I’m a Sophomore in High School. I’m pretty smart I think, 4.1 GPA with all A’s which I’m not worried about.
It’s the experience that I’m worried about. So in the summer I signed up for Havard MedScience, which was a week of shadowing, meeting and listening to doctors and other researchers at MGH and Brigham and Women’s. I’ve applied to several California schools and just received my first acceptance to CSUN. I was curious, if by chance I happen to get accepted to any of my other schools, what advantages would I have picking one over the other? I currently work as a PT Aide and my boss was telling me that if I get accepted into UCSF (I was invited to interview) that the school’s reputation could help when applying for jobs. I have the opportunity to do a neuro externship next year. I am NOT interested in doing neuropsych testing in my career--therapy is what I am most passionate about (although I know that could change). I know that having a high number of integrated testing reports is important for internship, but I am hearing mixed things about how valuable doing a year of neuropsych testings specifically will be for more general internships. MS4 wedding planning help!
Hi everyone! I was hoping to gauge some input from current fourth years and interns on the best time to get married during fourth year.
Options:
-2 weeks in between 3rd and 4th year (2019)
-winter break of 4th year (2019)
