Sub-I on IM getting only 1 patient at a time but being praised. Should I be worried?
To me actions speak louder than words, but I have a constant fear that I’m incompetent but no one is telling me.
I have been on my sub-I for two weeks. I’ve made mistakes here and there (like paging PT instead of putting in an order, not wrong meds or anything like that), and I certainly slow down my senior because he has to sign all my orders and my notes.

okay this might be a silly question. i started vet school in january, so I will have a december 2028 graduation. i really want to do an internship after graduating, and i noticed in VIRMP that most internships have june start dates. are there internships out there with flexible start dates? i dont want to wait around for six months before i start. thanks! Research Year Ideas
I am a current M3 planning for a leave of absence to do research or work related to the field of psychiatry. It feels like other specialties have a lot of year long research opportunities easily available and created for medical students looking for more exposure. CMH vs AMC
APPIC match is approaching! I'm trying to decide between ranking a CMH internship and an AMC internship as my first choice. I love both training programs, interns are happy at both, and stipends are very similar. So it comes down to career prospects. The consensus seems to be that AMCs open up doors to work *anywhere* but don't hire folx who worked in CMHCs? Anyone have insight into how true this is? I have an interview with UC Dublin on the 4th and was hoping to get some extra insight into the program from vets/students who attended UCD. I’ve gone over the website and curriculum thoroughly but want something extra to make me stand out from the other applicants if possible.
