Paraspinal muscle abscesses in children - A case report and review of the literature
CONCLUSION: The current case was the youngest case ever reported of a paraspinal muscle abscess. Although pediatric cases are rare, in the episode of a fever of unknown origin and difficulty walking, paraspinal muscle abscesses should be cited as a differential diagnosis and appropriate early diagnostic imaging and treatment should be performed.PMID:36751462 | PMC:PMC9899453 | DOI:10.25259/SNI_994_2022 (Source: Surgical Neurology International)

Ethnopharmacology, Phytochemistry, and Pharmacology of Pyrethrum tatsienense (Bureau & amp; Franch.) Ling ex C. Shih: A comprehensive review
CONCLUSIONS: PTLCS is widely used as a Tibetan medicine, which has a variety of chemicals with diverse bioactivities. Therefore, further studies are necessary to perform on the PTLCS to assay biological activities, discover their bioactive constituents, and reveal pharmacological mechanisms. This review may supply an important theoretical basis and valuable reference for in-depth research and exploitations of PTLCS.PMID:36366841 | DOI:10.2174/1386207326666221108105221 (Source: Combinatorial Chemistry and High Throughput Screening)

The impact of comorbidities on the severity of atopic dermatitis in children
CONCLUSIONS: Patients with AD and sensitisation to common allergens, low levels of IgM or a history of impetigo are at risk for more severe disease and, therefore, need more attention, meticulous skin care, proactive management and treatment of comorbidities, when possible.PMID:36090737 | PMC:PMC9454351 | DOI:10.5114/ada.2021.108426 (Source: Advances in Dermatology and Allergology)
