Coronavirus 19 disease (COVID-19) is known to predispose patients to increased thrombotic events and the risk is higher in pregnancy which is already a hypercoagulable state. Vertical transmission of the disease during pregnancy was neglected according to data early in the pandemic, however, despite conflicting results from different studies, there is an increasing suspicion of vertical transmission with the rise of new fetal and neonatal cases and perinatal transmission can be higher than expected.

A comparison of the effect of Swedish massage with and without chamomile oil on labor outcomes and maternal satisfaction of the childbirth process: a randomized controlled trial
ConclusionThe results of the study showed that using Swedish massage techniques with or without chamomile oil can improve labor outcomes. Swedish massage using chamomile oil was associated with better results compared to the same massage without using chamomile oil.Clinical trial code IRCT20200513047430N1.

Clinical Features and Risk Factors of Mortality in Patients with Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome
CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that PRES could be considered as a sign of a very high-risk patient.
