An active targeting nanomedicine based on metal-organic frameworks is synthesized through coordination between tannic acid and Fe3+, loaded with anti-TNF- α siRNA and then modified with bovine serum albumin. Attenuation of Excess TNF- α Release in Crohn’s Disease by Silencing of iRHOMs 1/2 and the Restoration of TGF-β Mediated Immunosuppression Through Modulation of TACE Trafficking

Valdecoxib attenuates lipid-induced hepatic steatosis through autophagy-mediated suppression of endoplasmic reticulum stress
This study investigated the effects of VAL on lipid accumulation and lipogenesis in human primary hepatocytes. Treatment with VAL suppressed lipid accumulation and expressions of lipogenic genes, such as processed sterol regulatory element binding proteins (SREBP1) and stearoyl-CoA desaturase-1 (SCD1) in palmitate-treated hepatocytes. Furthermore, VAL ameliorated dose-dependently palmitate-induced ER stress markers.
