Intraoperative indocyanine green angiography for predicting postoperative hypoparathyroidism
CONCLUSION: NIR fluorescent imaging with intraoperative PG ICG angiography is a safe and an easily repeatable method. This technique provides improved detecting and assessment of the perfusion of the PG. Robust expression of the TRPC1 channel associated with photoreceptor loss in the rat retina
In this study, we examined by Western blot the expression of TRPC1 in healthy control rat retinas (Sprague-Dawley, SD) and retinas with RP (P23H-1 rats). Protective effect of cornuside on OGD/R injury in SH-SY5Y cells and its underlying mechanism
In this study, we treated SH-SY5Y cells with OGD/R to simulated ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. Using high-throughput transcriptome sequencing, differentially expressed genes were analyzed in the OGD/R group versus the OGD/R + Cornuside (10 μmol/L) group to explore the neuroprotective mechanisms of Cornuside.
