non-practicing MD wanting to make transition to PsyD/PhD

Neuropsych Testing
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in NYS as well as a school psychologist with over 10 years of child assessment experience. I was recently contacted by an assessment agency who offered me a fee to conduct a neuropsychological evaluation on a child suspected of a learning disability. Mental Health Tech vs EMT

Dissertation Grant Funding - Is it worth it?
3rd year PhD student here (neuropsych focused) wanting to obtain some form of funding for my dissertation. Can anyone speak into their experience of applying for an F31 and if it is worth it to be competitive for internship and post doc with protected research time? Career change options
I have been working as a psychotherapist for the past 15 years but would like to do something different. I also teach occasionally as an adjunct however do not see this as a main career due to the low pay and precarious working conditions.
