Physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling of piroxicam with regard to CYP2C9 genetic polymorphism
The objective of this study was to develop and validate the piroxicam physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model related to CYP2C9 genetic polymorphism.
