Any one have their own LLC?
I have a full time W2 position and was thinking of getting a side gig doing prn locums anesthesia on days off, vacations, etc. One particular place wants me to have an entity to do so. Any attending have experience with creating their own llc to do locums or prn anesthesia jobs ? Did you file the paperwork yourself? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Full time locums pain?
Just curious has anyone done this? I would love to hear experiences. Recently I've been mulling going full time locums in my base specialty but I wasn't sure if there would be a market for pain medicine.

How do locums companies work?
I'm specifically wondering how they structure their profit? How much money do they actually make from us and is it a cut of our hourly rate? As in for every hour we work, they make a certain %? and what is that actual %?
I am wondering since I have been kind of shocked at the low ball locums offers I have seen and in talking to recruiters I get the sense that they profit off of us big time. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

So just wondering what address you all use on your medical license?
I’ve used my home address before, but thanks to lax laws for privacy of this, a simple google search reveals my home address. Didn’t think it was a big deal until I was visited at home by a seeker that I gave no opiates to.
I do locums so I cannot register a job address...
