Intrauterine adhesions treated with hysteroscopic adhesiolysis and subsequent obstetric outcome: A retrospective matched cohort study
CONCLUSIONS: This study found that a history of HA-treated IUAs, especially a history of repeated HAs, was associated with an increased risk of adverse obstetrical outcomes.PMID:38418403 | DOI:10.1111/1471-0528.17793 (Source: BJOG : An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology)

Perfusion magnetic resonance imaging in Asherman syndrome
CONCLUSIONS: Reduced perfusion on DCE-MRI as assessed by ROC predicted higher-stage AS. The results of this study support further investigation of DCE-MRI as a prognostic tool for AS prior to surgical intervention to assist in providing prognostic guidance for women suffering from AS.PMID:38361497 | DOI:10.1111/ajo.13799 (Source: Cancer Control)

IL-4-induced M2 macrophages inhibit fibrosis of endometrial stromal cells
CONCLUSIONS: M2 macrophages may negatively regulate the expression of COL1A1 and α-SMA, inhibiting the TGF-β1-induced fibrosis of HESCs. Our study suggests that targeting macrophage phenotypes and promoting the polarization of macrophages to M2 may become a novel strategy for the clinical treatment of IUA.PMID:38354656 | DOI:10.1016/j.repbio.2023.100852 (Source: Reproductive Biology)

Histological study of telocytes in mice intrauterine adhesion model and their positive effect on mesenchymal stem cells in vitro
In conclusion, our study demonstrates, for the first time, the resistance role of TCs in IUA disease, shedding light on their potential involvement in endometrial repair through the modulation of stem cell function.PMID:38353345 | DOI:10.1002/cbin.12137 (Source: Cell Biology International)
