Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Diagnosing Intrauterine Adhesions
CONCLUSIONS: MRI is markedly superior to TVS in terms of diagnostic accuracy for IUAs, with total agreement with hysteroscopic findings. However, the main advantage of MRI is that, unlike TVS and hysterosalpingography, it can be used to assess the risk of hysteroscopy and to predict postoperative recovery and future pregnancy based on the uterine junctional zone.PMID:37331696 | DOI:10.1016/j.jogc.2023.06.004 (Source: Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Canada : JOGC)

Mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes ameliorate TGF- β1-induced endometrial fibrosis by altering their miRNA profile
CONCLUSION: MSC-exo ameliorated TGF-β1-induced endometrial fibrosis. RNA sequencing, bioinformatic analysis, and functional experiments revealed that miR-145-5p may exert its action through the P62-dependent autophagy pathway.PMID:37303669 | PMC:PMC10250987 (Source: American Journal of Translational Research)
