Carotid Web and Ischemic Stroke: A Primer for Nursing
CONCLUSION: With multiple options and the uncertainty of which are best, patients can be lost to follow-up because of confusion and stress. Involving neuroscience nurses in the education process of these patients may help facilitate understanding of this disease phenomenon and increase patient understanding and compliance.

Neuropsychiatric Symptoms of COVID-19 Explained by SARS-CoV-2 Proteins ’ Mimicry of Human Protein Interactions
Conclusion: SARS-CoV-2-human protein interactions may lead to the development of delirium, psychosis, seizures, encephalitis, stroke, sensory impairments, peripheral nerve diseases, and autoimmune disorders. Our findings are also supported by the previous in vivo and in vitro studies from other viruses. Further in vivo and in vitro studies using the proteins that are pointed here, could pave new targets both for avoiding and reversing neuropsychiatric presentations.

In conclusion, ML351 and tPA combination therapy is beneficial in ameliorating HT afte r ischemic stroke. This protective effect is probably because of 12/15‐LOX inhibition and suppression of JNK‐mediated microglia/macrophage activation.

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in children: A study from a tertiary care hospital of eastern India
Conclusion: CVST is an underdiagnosed but important cause of stroke in childhood, occurring most often in the neonatal period. Mortality and morbidity are significant. Infections hyper coagulative disorders are the two primary associations. Magnetic resonance venography is the investigation of choice. Early diagnosis with management along with plan for secondary prevention can save from catastrophic consequences.

The potential role of microvascular pathology in the neurological manifestations of coronavirus infection
We present the hypothesis that pre-existing vascular damage (due to aging, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension or other conditions) facilitates infiltration of the virus into the central nervous system (CNS), increasing neuro-inflammation and the likelihood o f neurological symptoms.
