Skeletal Muscle Glycogen Content at Rest and During Endurance Exercise in Humans: A Meta-Analysis
ConclusionDietary CHO availability and fitness are important factors for resting muscle glycogen. Exercise intensity and baseline muscle glycogen are important factors determining glycogen use during exercise, especially with longer exercise duration. Targeting obesity management through gut microbiota modulation by herbal products: A systematic review.
CONCLUSIONS: Alteration of gut microbiota after interventions has been affected by the baseline composition of gut microbiota.
