Non-Science Major Question
Hello! I am currently pursuing a double major with one being Biochemistry and the other being a humanities major. In order to fit everything, I pretty much used AP credits for the basic science course (calc, bio, chem, phys). I have taken organic, first semester of biochem, lab courses, statistics, and plan to take classes like astronomy, cell biology, neuroscience, and possibly genetics by the time I apply. Upon conducting research on this matter, I have found that medical schools want a... Non-Science Major Question (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Already took pre-med classes 20 years ago
I’m a non-traditional 39 y/o planning to apply around 2 years from now. As a neuroscience major, I took all the premed courses besides Biochem and Physics II but about halfway through decided I didn't want to apply to medical schools. I went to a top 5 liberal arts college, but my 3.3 GPA (both sci and total) wasn’t exceptional. Pre-med classes ranged from one B- (G-Chem II) to a few B+. Upper division science classes were a little better, although I only got 2 solid A’s, and sadly only a B+... Already took pre-med classes 20 years ago (Source: Student Doctor Network)

What are my options in terms of getting into an MD program in the US?
So this is a very specific post but any guidance will be greatly appreciated. I am non-traditional applicant. I graduated from college as a Neurobiology major a few years ago after which I did a 2-year program called Teach For America. Through it I taught science to 7th and 8th graders and gained a lot of leadership experience. Unfortunately it was a very stressful environment to work in with limited resources and being a first year teacher I was juggling a lot of things. The state where I... Course classification question: Traditional BCPM courses listed under Health Science
Hello, I just graduated from OT school. Two classes that I took in OT school included neuroscience and neuroscience of behavior. These courses were listed under occupational therapy, but I know that traditionally, they could be classified under BCPM. When I'm filling out the course classification guide, could I change these to biology? I'm just unsure because this wasn't a post-bacc, and it was an actual program. thanks! Neuroimaging Research Position Opportunities
I have a BS in cognitive science and previous experience as a research assistant in a neuroimaging lab and really enjoyed that area of research (functional connectivity, default network, DTI, fMRI analysis in SPM, etc.). I want to advance my career but don't think a PhD is the best fit for me. Is there a way I can continue this work at a higher-level? I worry that there's either work for entry-level RAs only a few years out of college, graduate students working on their PhD degree, or...
