Adenolipoma of the Skin: A Report of 11 Cases
Conclusions: Upon review of all adenolipomas diagnosed at our institute between 2004 and 2014, 11 cases in total were identified. Histologically, these lesions consisted of an admixture of adult-like adipose tissue and scattered eccrine glands and ducts. 4 cases also showed areas of myxoid changes; 2 showed scattered mast cells amongst the adipose tissue, and only 1 showed the presence of apocrine glands in addition to the eccrine glands and ducts. A Case of Ceftriaxone-Induced Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis/Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Overlap
In this report the authors have reported a 40-year-old male patient with primary syphilis who developed generalized pustular dermatosis after the use of ceftriaxone. On the third day after ceftriaxone treatment, complete regression of the syphilis lesions was reached. While on the sixth day, erythematous pustular lesions accompanied with fever were observed on the whole body. A personal history of psoriasis and histopathological findings with psoriasiform changes and subcorneal pustule favored the diagnosis. Incidental Squamous Cell Carcinoma in an Epidermal Inclusion Cyst: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
This study describes the case of a 64-year-old woman with a 4-year history of a largely asymptomatic neck mass, which after routine excision was found to be an epidermal inclusion cyst harboring well-differentiated SCC. The diagnosis was made incidentally after routine cyst bisection and hematoxylin and eosin staining. Given the potential for variable presentation and low cost of hematoxylin and eosin analysis, we recommend a low threshold for a comprehensive pathological search for malignancy in excised cysts when appropriate.Case Rep Dermatol 2018;10:61 –68 (Source: Case Reports in Dermatology)

The Importance of Excluding Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphomas in Patients with a Working Diagnosis of Papuloerythroderma of Ofuji: A Case Series
We report 5 patients with deck-chair-sign-positive CTCL, mycosis fungoides, and Sézary syndrome variants. We contend that PEO should be viewed as a diagnosis of exclusion and that these patients should be monitored carefully for possible emergence of CTCL. Skin biopsy alone is not sufficient to exclude CTCL in these patients. A skin eruption demonstrating a positive deck-chair sign may signify systemic/leukemic CTCL and, therefore, warrants a thorough investigation, including skin biopsy, flow cytometry, and T-cell rece ptor clonality studies.Case Rep Dermatol 2018;10:46 –54 (Source: Case Reports in Dermatology)
