10 million possible before 50?
99.9% would agree 10 million is way way more than enough. This question is hypothetical but I think isn't that far fetched. Say you have a specialist who begins making attending money at 29 and has no plans for kids ever or wife etc.

Best resource to learn about US healthcare problems/MD shortages
My friend and I got into a heated debate today about this and (yes I know there are lots of threads on here already) but does anyone have a good source like a long article or even a contemporary nonfiction book that honestly and objectively distills the complicated landscape of healthcare in the US?
Long answer short, an advisor simply put the MD shortage as a by product of Congress not releasing funds for residency funding, which is where the bottleneck is. Is that an accurate description? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Texas Tech May become a new vet school. Hoping for first class to start in 2021.

EM to Anesthesia?
Long story short, I was going for EM and did an anesthesia rotation in March of fourth year, realized it was a better fit, but it was too late. Hoping it’s just pre-residency jitters but if it isn’t... How do I get into this field?
