Okay to list this as Clinical employment and then explain the situation?
Hi -
I have been a medical advocate with a rape crisis center since 2014 with a couple-year break during the pandemic.
They offer contractual pay if you exceed 24 total hours of call per month. I way exceed that. I like the work and need the money.
The problem is that this is a new program (paying volunteers for excess call shifts) that just started this year. I didn't get paid my first several years here.
I feel like I shouldn't list this as Volunteer-Clinical if I got 1099 pay towards...

Red Flag for Clinical hours?
Hi everyone. I have a clinical vol activity for 3 years and it totals to 111 hours and another clinical vol for 4 years for 100 hours. I was wondering would that raise a red flag on my app since its so little for so long time? also I have 300 other clinical volunteering and 1000+ clinical employment for context. I would appreciate your feedback.

Strange nonclinical employment situation - Red flag?
I had many, many years where I couldn't hold down a job for very long due to transportation issues related to poorly controlled epilepsy. I lived in a rural area where Uber was not an option. Our only cab company was one guy (who creeped me out to boot!). If he was busy with another passenger, you were bum out of luck. It's not like walking was an option for me either.
