2-year gap: What to do?
Hello everyone,
I am a Canadian looking to apply to US-MD schools in June 2021. I was wondering what I should be doing until then as I am graduating this summer. Unfortunately I don't have the pre-reqs to apply this year so I will be applying next year (doing courses over the coming summer and fall semesters).
Here are my current stats: GPA: 3.95, MCAT: 517 - will need to rewrite (expiring).

High State LM 76 Reapplicant Looking for Advice
Hi, this cycle I had a 6 interviews and 2 Rs and 4 WLs. It's looking like I'll have to reapply. I had good stats, 3.85+ gpa and 520+. I applied to 44 schools with a good mix of mid-tiers and top 20s. I'm a CA ORM.
I applied with 300hrs clinical volunteering, 300hrs research, 100hrs tutoring, 100hrs non-clinical volunteering, and 200hrs club leadership, 40 hrs shadowing, and 800hrs fast-food employment.
If I reapply this June, I'll add another 300hrs clinical volunteering, 150hrs research...
