Highlighted are the authors ’ preferred approach to aesthetically shape the brow along with other complimentary upper eyelid aesthetic procedures including upper blepharoplasty, blepharoptosis repair, fat grafting, and upper periorbital fat shifting to optimize brow lifting outcomes. Simultaneous Double Eyelid Blepharoplasty and Blepharoptosis Correction With Levator Aponeurosis Plication Technique: Clinical Experience of 108 Cases
Conclusions This modified levator aponeurosis plication introduced in this study is a simple and effective method for creating double-eyelid crease and correcting mild blepharoptosis simultaneously, and provides a satisfactory outcome.
