Inguinal nodal clinical target volume delineation based on analysis of anatomical locations of normal and metastatic lymph nodes in pelvic malignant tumors

ConclusionILND performed in melanoma, penile, and vulvar cancer patients is a morbid procedure. The quality of the AEs reporting is suboptimal. Electrochemotherapy with intravenous bleomycin for heavily pre-treated vulvar cancer patients
CONCLUSION: Long-term follow-up of vulvar cancer patients showed reasonable tumor control after electrochemotherapy and improved progression-free survival and overall survival in responder subjects compared with non-responders. Further studies aimed at improving local response after electrochemotherapy are warranted.
