Tips for college for a HS terrible student
Hi, I'll be entering University this January. I'll be majoring in Anthropology. It would have been in August but during my senior year in HS I didn't apply to any American Schools. I applied to a bunch of 6 Yr MD programs in Europe. I got into a few of them after the entrance exams but the ones I got into don't have financial aid anymore so I couldn't go this October.

PI wants to contact/bump certain med schools--who should they send to?
Hi! My PI offered to send a personal extra email as a sort of extra rec to vouch for me in the MD process. I'm super grateful for their help, but they asked me to send them the best way to contact the MD programs. Would the email address for most MD admissions be the best way to go? Uploading fall 2023 transcripts

IMG's Doing Fellowship in NY
I think most people know about the "12-week rule" that if you are an IMG and did 12-weeks of clerkships in the US, you can't apply for residency in the state of NY unless you are on that short list of medical schools that are allowed to do so. If you don't get in your first try, where to next?
I applied this cycle a bit last minute and had 2 LORs fall through so I had to apply with 3 only, I have 3 schools left to hear back from after some rejections but did not get reviews out of the rejections so I'm looking for direction on where to aim for next just in case.

Applying with multiple prereqs missing
Before, you ask. Yes, I searched the forums already, but a lot of the threads are pretty old and I have a lot more prereqs that needed to be completed which are Ochem 2, Gen physics 2, Bio 1, Bio 2, and Biochem for certain schools.
