Update letter/letter of interest
Hi there! Obviously nearing mid-January and I have yet to hear from 23 schools (2 of which are interview hold). I have a few questions about letters of interest generally and whether it would be worth it for me to send them to the schools I haven't heard from since submitting my secondary. Do prerequisite classes from undergrad 10+ years ago still count?

Army OMFS Opportunities
Hello, I’m an Army HPSP student who is interested in OMFS. That being said, I also find a lot of interest in being a brigade dentist. I’ve been told TOE dentists have more opportunities to attend schools, take part in EFMB and deploy (assuming there will still be some the next few years). So I’m wondering if there are similar assignments for oral surgeons or are there only TDA assignments? If it’s the latter, would I still be able to gain unique military experiences? Transferring Schools for More Clinical Opportunities
Hi! I'm currently a first-year at my undergrad. I'm considering applying to transfer for the Fall of 2024 (my sophomore year).
One of the main reasons is for more clinical opportunities. I currently go to a liberal arts institution in a rural environment and the nearest hospital doesn't do more than 8 hours of shadowing or volunteering. Hi. I submitted a bit late in July, but completed all my secondaries by the end of September. I originally submitted to 12 DO schools because my MCAT score isn't fantastic.
