Complete Oculomotor Palsy after Influenza Vaccination in a Young Healthy Adult: A Case Report
We present a case report of a 25-year-old woman without any medical history who developed complete oculomotor palsy 2 weeks after influenza vaccination. Other possible causes of oculomotor nerve palsy, such as stroke, compressive lesions, infections, and autoimmune disorders, were eliminated by blood tests, cerebrospinal fluid examination, and imaging studies. Case Report: Postacute Rehabilitation of Guillain-Barr é Syndrome and Cerebral Vasculitis-Like Pattern Accompanied by SARS-CoV-2 Infection
Conclusion: In this report, we present the case of a patient with peripheral and central neurological damage occurred later severe pneumonia induced by SARS-CoV-2. The Immunoglobulin G therapy allowed the patient to benefit considerably from early rehabilitation, reaching the walking, increasing the independence in daily living tasks, and enabling safe discharge from hospital to home. Related neurologic complications of SARS-CoV-2 infection suffer a lack of understanding and further investigations should be conducted.

Neurological manifestations in COVID-19: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
CONCLUSIONS: Stroke is the most frequently reported neurological manifestation in COVID-19 and has the highest mortality rate. Neurological manifestations tend to develop one to two weeks after the onset of respiratory disease. There is significant morbidity and mortality associated with COVID-19 neurological manifestations. Transient Palatal Tremor and Action Induced Foot and Leg Dystonia due to Hypertrophic Olivary Degeneration: a Case Report
In this study, a 31-year-old woman developed HOD after pontine cavernoma surgery had been performed. The clinical manifestation was involuntary intorsion of right lower extremity during walking, which has not been reported in the literature. Neurological complications of COVID-19: a systematic review.
CONCLUSIONS: Considering the possibility of neurological involvement in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection can result in earlier diagnosis and treatment; otherwise permanent, irreversible sequelae and even death may follow. More comprehensive studies may indicate that until the end of the present pandemic, young adults with unexplained and unexpected stroke as well as patients with newly diagnosed Guillain-Barré syndrome should be tested for SARS-CoV-2 infection.
